shuttle service polite staff amazing views
the hotel had complimentary shuttle service into town. it ran three times a day. the staff were polite and attentive always. the rooms offered amazing views of the sea.
the gym eggs station need BETTER training to cook eggs.

welcome staff happy salute helpful buggy breakfast variety
The staffs welcome was specially nice. A security guard greeted us daily and had a happy salute and big smile. I found the buggy service helpful because it avoided steps. The breakfast had plentiful food and variety.
Buggy transportation to room from reception was slow and luggage delivering was also slow.

Staff showed interest and passion to care for you. A front office team provided good service. Gam made sure everything went perfect. I had a wonderful day because of the staff.

The hotel had a location on the edge of the beach. The hotel sprawled and gave a great ocean view. The hotel sits on hillside. The hotel was a short walk into edge of town.

The hotel offers a free buggy service. Breakfast was lavish in Rim Taley. La Gritta had the best pizza. The spa was lovely and I had a fabulous massage.

a decent experience.
extensive range major highlight
i appreciated the extensive range of items to choose from at breakfast. bubbles and breakfast in the tree tops was a major highlight. yell picked us up and drove us up there and did a top job completely.
the room felt quite basic. it lacked natural light. i don't typically leave negative reviews! but this stay was disappointing and not consistent with how the room was presented.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities
friendly staff amazing view clean room central location
The staff were very responsive to every request I had. I had a lovely room with an amazing ocean view (I could see the beach!). The room was very neat and clean, giving it a home-like feeling. The hotel is in a strategic location (close to key attractions).
There were quite a lot of stairs within the resort, even though there is transport provided within the resort.

The breakfast buffet had beautiful views and attentive service. One team member stood out. There was a chef as well (Chef Suchet), who was very pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting him at the buffet area.

The check-in process was swift, handled perfectly by a staff member. Housekeeping also deserves high praise for the superb room cleaning. Team members were really good too. Check-out was also fast and efficient.

The hotel is in a secluded area, removed from the bustling city center. It is close to bars and restaurants (a short 5 min walk). Long tail boats near the hotel will take you to Freedom Beach.

charming retreat
efficient service spacious room beautiful view readily available service
I was charmed by the efficient service during peak times. The team was really professional. i found the room spacious, clean, and possessing a beautiful view. the shuttle service from the lobby was always readily available. It was a convenience i appreciated. i do think breakfast could use slightly more variety, and the seafood buffet dinner on saturdays could benefit from some enhancement.
The outdated room did have a slight smell from the toilet, and the bed sheets weren't entirely fresh. It impacted the overall experience a bit.

The staff was always attentive. I observed prompt responses to requests, and concierge services effectively managed transport and activity bookings. but the staff was friendly!

The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This helped me maintain my routine. two outdoor pools provided ample space for relaxation with twenty loungers in the pool area! the wifi was slow.

The breakfast buffet presented a wide variety, containing both western and asian choices! the on-site italian restaurant provided well-prepared pasta dishes and fresh seafood options, complementing the diverse culinary offerings. It was lovely
