The staffs welcome was specially nice. A security guard greeted us daily and had a happy salute and big smile. I found the buggy service helpful because it avoided steps. The breakfast had plentiful food and variety.
Buggy transportation to room from reception was slow and luggage delivering was also slow.

i appreciated the extensive range of items to choose from at breakfast. bubbles and breakfast in the tree tops was a major highlight. yell picked us up and drove us up there and did a top job completely.
the room felt quite basic. it lacked natural light. i don't typically leave negative reviews! but this stay was disappointing and not consistent with how the room was presented.

The staff were very responsive to every request I had. I had a lovely room with an amazing ocean view (I could see the beach!). The room was very neat and clean, giving it a home-like feeling. The hotel is in a strategic location (close to key attractions).
There were quite a lot of stairs within the resort, even though there is transport provided within the resort.

The breakfast buffet had beautiful views and attentive service. One team member stood out. There was a chef as well (Chef Suchet), who was very pleasant. It was a pleasure meeting him at the buffet area.

I was charmed by the efficient service during peak times. The team was really professional. i found the room spacious, clean, and possessing a beautiful view. the shuttle service from the lobby was always readily available. It was a convenience i appreciated. i do think breakfast could use slightly more variety, and the seafood buffet dinner on saturdays could benefit from some enhancement.
The outdated room did have a slight smell from the toilet, and the bed sheets weren't entirely fresh. It impacted the overall experience a bit.

The fitness center included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This helped me maintain my routine. two outdoor pools provided ample space for relaxation with twenty loungers in the pool area! the wifi was slow.
